LMS Allows employees to book leave requests online. Managers are then automatically notified by email. Reporting managers can authorize bookings. Supports FMLA by allowing HR managers to fully management entitlements and bank holidays, track employee records, and much more.
The latest version of LMS comes with additional powerful features that were not available in the previous releases. This was the result of the comments we received from our clients, as well as functionalities we planned earlier.
Now LMS supports data export to MS Excel for archiving and/or analysis/processing. Also, an out of office functionality has been implemented, so that users can see in a graphical calendar, who is out of office.
