TurboTool combines the power of UNIX with the ease of use of a Drag amp;Drop application.
You build your own Actions from Atomics to access them from the Services menu of Mac OS X.
TurboTool provides several example actions, which you may adjust to your needs or take as templates for your own actions.
The most efficient way to use actions are Droplets, i.e. by Drag amp;Drop onto an icon, which TurboTool generates from a selected action. You may put the droplet onto the Desktop or wherever it is convenient for you.

Without registration TurboTool will only allow 5 Actions to be called during one session. Thereafter the application has to be relaunched. Droplets, the most productive feature of TurboTool, could not be used without a license at all!
